On-site Schools at HITS Thermal and HITS Ocala return for the 2010 Winter Circuits

SAUGERTIES, NY --- HITS is pleased to announce that its on-site schools will return to the HITS Desert Circuit and HITS Ocala Winter Circuit when show jumping begins at each venue this winter.

Education Station (HITS Ocala)

The Education Station at HITS Ocala has existed since 1992 and offers students an intimate 5-to-1 teacher to student ratio. Students are grouped according to subject and or age and professional teaching assistants will be on hand for one-on-one instruction.

"We are looking forward to another successful year with our students," said Patricia Struzzieri, Director of the Education Station at HITS Ocala. "It's always a pleasure to welcome back our students from past years. They pretty much grow up with us!"

Educational services will be available for the duration of the 2010 HITS Ocala Winter Circuit with convenient school hours on Monday through Thursday from 9 am - 12:30 pm. The schedule allows students to study in the morning and ride in the afternoon. Deadline for applications is January 8, 2010. Show jumping returns to HITS Post Time Farm in Ocala, Florida for two consecutive weeks on Wednesday, January 20 with the Ocala January Classic followed by the Ocala January Festival on Wednesday, January 27. After a short break, the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit continues with six AA-rated weeks of competition on Tuesday, February 9 and runs until Sunday, March 21, when the $100,000 DeLuca Toyota Tundra Grand Prix, presented by Great American Insurance Group will close out the season. Entries for the January shows close on Wednesday, January 6, while entries for the six rated weeks close on Wednesday, January 20.
