Equine Canada is seeking an energetic, well-organized professional for the position of Manager of Sport—Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)/Coaching.
Reporting to the Director of Sport, the Manager of Sport—Coaching will work closely with staff, volunteers and clients to ensure the objectives of this department is met in an accurate and timely manner.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Post secondary education in business, administration or sport management or equivalent combination of education or experience
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of equestrian sport, coaching theory, athlete development
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Access
• Bilingualism preferred
Salary will be commensurate with demonstrated skills and experience.
